THERE IS AN ESTIMATED WAIT TIME BETWEEN 10-14 DAYS!

At 2Faces, we understand that timely delivery is important to our customers. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically In 10 working days for hair extensions and 12-15 working days for wigs. However, Please note that for custom orders with colour and specific custom requirements, there may be longer processing times. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you require expedited shipping or have special delivery requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
